Exceptional customer service is a requirement at SoHa. We believe in a combination of both talent and training in order to be a successful SoHa employee. We require that all of our employees are knowledgeable about the manufacturing, finishing processes, color schemes, styles and proportions of all our products. We also provide ongoing educational materials and corporate training for every SoHa employee.
All of SoHa's employees will be trained as design consultants. From the moment customers walk through our doors they embark on a special retail journey; it is the consultant's goal to assist the customer in expressing his or her personal sense of style and to demonstrate to the customer that SoHa can indeed make creating that dream of a beautiful home not only a reality, but a fun and easy process as well.
