- How do I make a phone order?
it's easy! Just give us a call at (808) 591-9777 10:00am and 9:00pm (PST + 3 hrs) Monday through Saturday or Sunday between 10:00am and 6:00pm (PST + 3 hrs). Credit card payment is the only type accepted for phone orders. You must be able to supply us the following information regarding the credit card you choose to use:
-type of card
-name on card
-card number
-expiration date
-security code
-billing address
We will ship your item(s) out to you right away!
- I would like to purchase an item as a gift. Can the item be sent directly to a different address?
Yes, just let the sales associate know at the time you place your order, that it is a gift, and will need to be shipped to a different address.
- Do you offer gift-wrapping?
Yes, we offer gift-wrapping at $5.50 per boxed item. Just let the sales associate know what items must ship gift wrapped. Currently available in-store only.
- What types of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards including American Express, Diners Club, Discover, JCB, MasterCard and Visa.

- Do you have gift certificates?
Yes, you can purchase a gift card at any dollar amount in our store, on our website, or over the phone.
- Is my credit card information secure?
Yes, we make every effort possible to secure your credit card transaction. Please note that email is not encrypted and therefore is not considered a secure method to fulfill your order. Please see our Privacy Policy for more information.
- What taxes do you charge?
Because SoHa is based in Honolulu, Hawaii, customers from Hawaii wishing to place an order to be delivered within Oahu are charged the state general excise sales tax, currently 4.712%. If we are shipping to an outer-island location from Oahu, you will only be charged 4.167% tax.
- How can I speak to a Customer Service Representative?

- What are backorders?
We make every effort to display the most current and accurate product and inventory information. In the event that an available date changes, exceeding 30 days from time of order placed, you will be notified via email or mail. Feel free to contact us for current product available dates. Delivery dates acknowledged by SoHa Living are non-binding estimates only, based upon the best available information concerning manufacturers lead times and transportation schedules.
- Can I purchase something online and pick it up in your store?
Yes, if you type in coupon code "STORE" at checkout we will not ship your item or charge you for shipping. We will leave your purchased items for you in the store until you are ready to pick them up. Only one offer code is allowed per order.
