If you need to return an item, please review the following guidelines:
Online Return Policy
- Items must be returned within 30 days of the order fulfillment date.
- Products must be in new, unworn, unwashed condition, with all original tags and packaging intact.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. If the original payment method is no longer valid, store credit will be provided.
- Items marked as Final Sale, gift cards, or damaged/worn items are not eligible for returns.
- Holiday/Seasonal, Jewelry, Home Fragrance, Spa, Bath & Body Products, and Food Items are all sales final.
- For online returns, a $12.00 shipping fee will be deducted from your refund if you use our prepaid label.
Online Purchases
- Use the "Start A Return" link at the top of the page to begin the return process. Unauthorized returns outside the 30 day window or not meeting the above requirements may not be refunded and will be returned to you.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Holiday Returns
- Purchases made between November 20th and December 31 are eligible for a holiday return window. These items may be returned until January 31st. Items marked as Final Sale or BOGO items are not eligible for returns.
International Returns
- For international orders, customers are responsible for return shipping. Returns must comply with the general guidelines and be received within 35 days. Contact customer service for assistance at aloha@sohaliving.com.
Free Gift with Purchase if Applicable
- Free gifts with purchase must be returned along with your item to receive a full refund to the original payment method. If not returned, your refund will be issued as a store credit.
Sales Tax
Sales tax will be charged on goods shipped within Hawaii.
Additional Notes
- All returns must be shipped back to us within 14 days after initiating the return process.
- For U.S. orders, return shipping costs are covered for eligible returns.
